#20: The Songhai Princess
An exciting story about Princess Nzinga, the daughter of a 15th century emperor. Princess Nzinga, the daughter of a 15th century Songhai emperor is kidnapped from the palace by the Wicked Witch of the Mountains, and is rescued after many years and adventures by medical student Imhotep.
This film captures the stirring music and sounds of Songhai, the ancestral home of African Americans.
